His talk is titled: "Climate Change and Public Health: Foundations, Inequities & Solutions."

Dr. Ans Irfan is a public health pracademic and educator, whose work centers on climate and health equity in both U.S. and international settings. Drawing on experience across Pakistan, China, and the United States, his interdisciplinary work spans climate justice, environmental health, thanatology, and health science policy, with an emphasis on addressing structural inequities. He has contributed expertise to organizations such as UNESCO; World Bank; American Public Health Association; the United States Environmental Protection Agency; United States Department of Energy, and the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
