The Future of Civic Education and Universities

American Enterprise Institute (AEI) President Robert Doar will offer brief opening remarks and then join a conversation with AEI Senior Fellow Benjamin Storey and Weidenbaum Center Director Andrew Reeves. Health system quality: what is it and why does it matter now?

Dr. Kruk studies how health systems can improve health and generate trust across countries. Working with colleagues in Africa, India, South America, and Europe, she develops novel measures of health system quality and the studies the effects of quality on population confidence in health care and health outcomes. Dr. Kruk and her team use implementation science and econometric methods to design and evaluate large-scale health system reforms.
